Payments Policy & Fees

All payments are individual and cannot be transferred from one member to another or from one entity to another.

Yearly membership fee

Yearly membership fee is charged for any term between Jan 1st-Dec 31st for each calendar year. Membership fee may not be returned under any circumstances.

Nonrefundable fees

Yearly membership fee is nonrefundable.

Entry standards examination fee, and Certificate production fee, will not be refunded under any condition. They are valid for one year from the date of payment. Failing to commence procedure in that year will require a full new payment, if the applicant will wish to re-start procedures.

Payments for professional knowledge, articles, video movies, cancellation and alike, are also non-refundable.

Examinations fees

All examinations fees are valid for one year only, calculated from the date of payment. Failing to commence procedures in that year will require a full new payment, if the applicant will wish to re-start procedures. An applicant who wish to cancel an examination up to 48 hours before the examination date, can do so by sending an email to IMAO, in such a case, he will be eligible to 50% refund of the examination fee. No refund will be given if the cancelation notice was given less than 48 hours from the scheduled time of the examination.

Notice time is calculated according to Israel time zone.

Setting a new examination date will require full new payment.

Written assignments evaluation fee

Martial arts Master or Grand Master accreditation and Martial Arts new style recognition or New Martial Arts recognition, requires also submitting written assignments according to IMAO specifications. After payment of ‘written papers evaluation fee’ the following terms will apply:

Requesting to stop procedures within seven days of payment of the ‘written assignments evaluation fee’, will eligible a 75% refund of the paid some for this service.

Requesting to stop procedures within 8-14 days of payment of the ‘written assignments evaluation fee’, will eligible a 50% refund of the paid some for this service.

No refund will be given if a cancellation notice is sent later than 14 days from payment date of payment. The paid fee will be valid for one year from the date of payment. Failing to commence procedure in that year will require a full new payment, if the applicant will wish to re-start procedures.

First two reviews on each written paper is covered in the initial evaluation fee, if an applicant work doesn’t meet our standards, every additional review of written paper from the third time and up, will cost an additional 400 NIS.

Products returns policy for foreign countries

Any product purchased in our e-shop may be returned within 14 working days from the day of arrival to the client, in its original package and only if un-used. A refund of the product actual cost (not including shipment costs) minus 90 NIS handling fee, will be refunded.

After 14 days no returns or refunds can be made.
